Winthorpe with Langford Neighbourhood Plan

The Parish of Winthorpe with Langford was designated as a neighbourhood area on 26 February 2021. The Parish is now able to proceed with developing a neighbourhood plan.

Winthorpe with Langford Parish Council has submitted a Neighbourhood Plan proposal under Regulation 15 (1) of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

The Plan seeks to identify key issues relating to development for the community, sets out a vision and objectives for development in the Parish within the period 2018-2033 and contains a range of policies to be used in the assessment of development proposals. If made, it will become part of the Development Plan for land use and development proposals within the Parish until 2033.

The plan proposal has now been published under Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. Comments can be made can be made using the Comments Form and in writing by email to planningpolicy@nsdc.info Alternatively, this can also be done by post to: Planning Policy Business Unit, NSDC, Castle House, Great North Road, Newark, NG24 1BY

Comments should be made by 5pm on Wednesday 19th February 2025
