Leaseholder services

Service charges

Service charges are the cost that you're required to pay as a leaseholder for the day-to-day repair, maintenance and management of the building where you live.

Costs can vary each year, depending on works that have been carried out during the previous 12 months. They may also increase with inflation.

As a leaseholder you only pay a proportion of the overall cost of some works such as roof repairs. Your lease will detail the relevant proportion of these costs and what items or services are applicable.

Making a payment

The easiest way to view and pay your bill is online through MyAccount - you will need your invoice reference number.

You can also pay over the phone using a debit or credit card. Call us on 0300 456 0478. You'll need to enter a billing/reference number.

Make sure that you have:

  • your debit or credit card
  • your account reference number
  • the amount you wish to pay

If you want to set up a regular payment plan to pay your bill in instalments, just let our advisors know when you call.

Viewing your bill

You will receive your bill every year during August. You can also view your bill online by logging into MyAccount.

If you have a query about your bill, please contact us.

Ongoing consultation

Leaseholders are welcome to join all our involvement groups, but we understand that not everyone has the time to attend meetings or become involved.

That's why we've also created a register of leaseholders who would like to be kept informed of the latest developments and give feedback on our proposed policies and procedures.

To be included on the register please contact us.

Dispute resolution

If you have a problem, contact us with us so we'll work with you to resolve it.

On the rare occasions when we're unable to solve your issue, you can request to report the issue formally.
