Allotments

The benefits of tending an allotment include growing your own fruit, salad and veggies, boosting your wellbeing and keeping fit, getting close to nature and wildlife, recycling and making friends.

There are many allotments across the district in our towns and villages run by local town and parish councils.

Your local town or parish council is likely to be responsible for allotment administration in your area, or hold contact details for community run sites. Find your local parish or town council.
