Land Charges - EIR requests
Instruction regarding the submission of an information request under the Environmental Information Regulation 2004 (EIR) can be found on our website. Should your EIR request relate to Land Charges Con29, the following provides details to enable you to make your own determination of what the Con29 response may be.
Alternatively, for a fee, you can submit a Con29 search. Please visit submit a local authority search on our website for further details.
It’s important that you include a map clearly indicating the extent of the search area you require. Information provided under EIR is raw data and may include data concerning neighbouring land. It is your responsibility to check the data provided and decide if it is relevant or not. Additionally, requests for information under EIR will be dealt with as soon as possible but may take up to 20 working days.

The Council is not provided with copies of completion certificates or notices issued in respect of work carried out (including works under Competent Person (self-certification) Schemes). Please contact East Midlands Building Consultancy.
1.2 Planning designations and proposals
Details can be found on our Local Development Framework Policies Map. Additionally, our website provides details of neighbourhood planning, including made neighbourhood plans and neighbourhood plans under preparation.

This information is held by Nottinghamshire County Council.
*As Schedule 3 of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 has not been brought into force, the Council is not required to keep any records regarding sustainable drainage systems, maintenance responsibilities or surface water drainage charges for any individual properties. You should also contact either Severn Trent Water or Internal Drainage Board.

Notices that have been served, made or commenced will be held either on the Local Land Register (HMLR), the Planning Register or the Enforcement Register for notices served after 2012.
Please note that none of these registers will hold information with regard to notices that we have decided to issue, serve, make or commence but have not actually done so yet. Please submit an EIR request to our Information Governance Team.
3.9 (j) Notices, orders, directions and proceedings under Planning Acts
Our website provides a list of properties and land across the district subject to an Article 4 Direction (including indicative plan for each).

Where the Local Authority has made an Order and served notice on people with an interest in the land, details can be found on our register of Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs). When using the website, refer to 'Advanced' search option and select 'Provisional' as 'Status'.

Our response does not include other bodies such as Nottinghamshire County Council, Secretary of State and Utility Companies who have Compulsory Purchase Order powers. You are advised to contact these for further information.
