Palace Theatre launches new website

Carys Coulton-Jones, Palace Theatre Manager, said, “We are delighted to launch our new website and finally being able to offer something more in-keeping with the friendly and helpful service you recognise from being in the building.  We know that our customers found our previous booking system difficult to use and it was incredibly important that we changed that as soon as we could do.  I am delighted that, with the support of Newark and Sherwood District Council, we’ve been able to bring this new website and booking system to our wonderful theatre community.”

The new website can be accessed at www.palacenewark.com so head over to find out more about the theatre, browse the shows and treat yourself to some tickets too!  For those who already had an account on its old site, this will have been transferred over and you just need to set a new password by selecting ‘forgotten your password’.

Carys continues, “We really love meeting and getting to know our customers, whether that be when they attend a show or when they pop in for a bite to eat in Café Nineteen20.  However, if anyone is just visiting our website has any feedback on it, whether that be something you really love or something that we could improve on, please do let us know.  We really do appreciate as much feedback as possible.”
