Taxi and private vehicle hire consultation

Newark and Sherwood District Council has launched a taxi satisfaction consultation to assess customers and drivers' opinions on Newark and Sherwood's taxi and private vehicle hire service.

The consultation consists of two surveys - one for customers and one for drivers. Both surveys consist of approximately 30 questions and will take 10 minutes to complete.
