Latest update as of Thursday 22 May 2025: On 7 May 2025, we attended court to seek an extension to the injunction previously obtained on land at Weston. Approved at court, the terms of the injunction include a maximum cap of caravans and motor homes on the site. A list of all persons living on the site has also been provided to the court. While we are continuing to prepare our defence for the appeal that has been made by the occupiers on this site, the injunction and its terms remain in force. This means that no more caravans, motorhomes or people can move onto the site. We are monitoring the site very closely and would apply to the court to take appropriate action if the injunction was breached.
