Many more people in need will be waking up to presents this Christmas morning thanks to the Palace Theatre Newark’s gift donation scheme. 263 gifts, the highest figure in the three years that Palace Presents has been running, were dropped off by kind theatre visitors and have now been distributed to six local charities.

A royal ball has arrived in Newark as the Palace Theatre’s spectacular pantomime Cinderella is now underway. The show opened its doors on Tuesday 6th December and has so far entertained thousands of school children during the week as well as local dignitaries, officials and press at a gala evening last Saturday.
