Amended core strategy DPD

Our Amended Core Strategy DPD (PDF File, 15,555kb) sets out the big issues that the Council and our public and private sector partners need to address over the next twenty years in our district.

The document is a key part of the local development framework (LDF) and sets a vision, objectives and policies to help deliver development and change.

The Amended Core Strategy should be read alongside the allocations and development management DPD which sets out site allocations, designations and more detailed policies for determining planning applications and neighbourhood planning where they exist.
