Our online payments service is provided by Civicapay on behalf of the council.

What services can I pay for online?

  • Pay for change to your address

To use the service you will need a debit or credit card.

We accept Visa and Mastercard cards only - sorry we do not accept American Express.

Paying by telephone

You can pay for the following by telephone:

  • Council tax
  • Business rates
  • Housing rent
  • Benefit overpayments
  • Invoice payments (includes Lifeline payments, pest control invoices, parking permits, trade waste - You cannot use the new 0300 number for this payment)

You can pay over the phone using a debit or credit card. Please call 0300 4560478 and select the correct option. You will need to enter a billing/reference number. 

Please make sure that you have ready:

  • your debit or credit card 
  • your account reference number
  • the amount you wish to pay

Trade Waste

You can pay your trade waste invoice in the following ways:

  • Online
  • By Direct debit - call 01636 655572 to set up a direct debit
  • By Telephone - call 01636 655572 to pay using a debit or credit card
  • You can also pay at the Post office, Paypoint or Payzone outlets as detailed on this page.

Post office - accept cheques (made payable to Post Office Ltd.), cash and debit/credit cards.
PayPoint - accept cash or debit/credit cards only
Payzone - accept cash, debit/credit cards only

Parking

RingGo cashless parking means you can pay for parking using your mobile phone.

Parking fines / Fixed Penalty Notice

Parking Fines can be paid online via the Nottinghamshire County Council website

Garden waste collections

Rushcliffe Borough Council and Mansfield District Council carry out the administration of the garden waste collection services within the district.
