Register to use recycling centres
To make sure only those allowed to use recycling centres do so Nottinghamshire County Council are introducing a scheme so you must register your vehicle(s) first.
If the registration number of the vehicle you use when visiting a recycling centre has not been registered first, you may not be allowed to use the recycling centre.
It’s quick, free and easy and you only need to do it once (unless you change your car or address). The council are encouraging people to register now ahead of the scheme being fully enforced later this year.
You will need:
- registration number of the vehicle(s) you wish to use to dispose of waste at the recycling centres.
Registration and further details can be found on the Nottinghamshire website.
