Built in 1920 in the heart of Newark town centre, the Palace Theatre presents a varied programme of shows throughout the year.
The Robin Hood Theatre is a charming 100 year old community theatre set in the village of Averham. Plays and shows of various types are performed throughout the year and the newly refurbished bar, supper room and meeting rooms are available to hire.
A few minutes' walk from the Major Oak, this superb centre was created in a Victorian coach house and stables. Facilities include 16 individual working art and craft studios offering unique gifts for the home and garden. Special events throughout the year including craft demonstrations and exhibitions.

Thoresby Courtyard is a grade 2 listed, former stable block set in several acres of beautiful parkland. Included in the Courtyard is Thoresby Gallery which displays a permanent collection by Marie Louise Roosevelt and a lively exhibitions programme. The new Queen's Royal Lancers and Nottinghamshire Yeomanry Museum has recently opened to complement existing attractions including a cafe and craft shops.
The old indoor riding school has been developed into a stylish wedding, conference and theatre venue. Enjoy walks through the park, outdoor events, theatre and heritage events throughout the year.
