A small friendly theatre club, we perform plays, murder mysteries, poetry readings; all things theatrical. The Not Scary Poetry Group of ordinary folk meets on the first Friday of each month at 6pm to read and talk about poetry in the relaxed and informal setting of Southwell library. Membership is free.

6pm - 7pm arrive, chat and share your own work over a coffee.

  • Film Friday in Lowdham

Exciting news from Lowdham Festivals is that film is back in Lowdham!

In partnership with Lowdham Village Hall Film Friday is a monthly community film show in Lowdham Village Hall.

Most films have a bookstall plus refreshments, including ice cream, popcorn, home made cakes, hot and cold drinks, and a licensed bar at the evening screenings.
